Payment Terms

Upon booking, we will draw up your contract and deposit based upon your estimated guest numbers.

We are happy to discuss flexible payment plans, however our standard payment plan is as follows:

15% deposit required upon booking your wedding date.

15% instalment is required one year before your wedding date.

The next 30% instalment is due six months prior to your wedding date.

The final balance (approx. 40%) is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.

Your final balance will reflect your final confirmed guest numbers, which will be agreed with you 6 weeks before your wedding date.

All bar bills must be paid in advance or on the day.

All prices include VAT.

Sunday to Thursday: Minimum 30 adult guests.

Friday & Saturday: Minimum 50 adult guests.
