How many guests does the barn hold?
The barn itself can hold between 120 and 150 and seat up to 100. We work closely with Zenith Marquees who can provide additional space, should you need it. They have a range of styles and sizes on offer. Please ask for more details.
Is there a carpark on site?
Yes, there is a carpark next to the barn. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight and collect them by 3pm the following day.
Do you run a bar?
Yes, our balcony bar is open for you and your guests from your arrival until midnight. If there is anything extra you would like us to stock we are happy to be flexible.
Can we bring our own bottles?
Yes, there is an option for you to pay a small corkage fee and bring your own bottles. We have an extensive wine list should you wish to buy directly from us with competitive prices. We have drinks packages available - please get in touch for more details.
Do you allow confetti and fireworks?
We ask that you use biodegradable confetti. For the sake of our neighbours and animals we do not allow fireworks at events held in the barn.
Can we get married in the Barn?
Yes, from 2016 couples will be able to get married in either the Main Barn or the Lower Barn, seating up to 140 or 250 standing.
Can we bring our own caterers?
We now offer in-house catering for all weddings held here at Stokes Farm Barn. We have an extensive menu for you to choose from or we can tailor your wedding breakfast around you. We use the finest ingredients and source locally where possible, including our very own Stokes Farm free range eggs!
Do you have a list of recommended suppliers?
Yes, please get in touch for details. You are not restricted to these suppliers.
Do you have any restrictions for decorations?
We kindly ask that you do not use candles or hay bales, and are conscious when putting up decorations not to damage the wood in the barn. We are on hand to help with this.
When can we access the barn?
You can access the barn the day before your event to set up. We will be on hand to help with this process. You are welcome to start your event from 12noon and guests are asked to vacate by 12.30am.
