For complete peace of mind, we offer a 30 day refundable deposit.

In the event of cancellation of the booking, charges will be as follows:

If cancellation occurs after the 30 days of booking, and more than 12 months before the Event date, we reserve the right to hold your 15% holding deposit.

If cancellation occurs less than 12 months, but more than 6 months before the Event Date, we reserve the right to charge a further cancellation fee equal to 30% of the estimated total cost.

If cancellation occurs less than 6 months, before more than 4 weeks of the Event Date, we reserve the right to charge a further cancellation fee equal to 60% of the estimated total cost.

If cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the Event Date, we reserve the right to charge a full cancellation fee equal to 100% of the estimated total cost.
