Upon booking, we will draw up your contract and deposit based upon your estimated guest numbers.
We are happy to discuss flexible payment plans, however our standard payment plan is as follows:
15% deposit required upon booking your wedding date.
15% instalment is required one year before your wedding date.
The next 30% instalment is due six months prior to your wedding date.
The final balance (approx. 40%) is due one month prior to your wedding date.
Your final balance will reflect your final confirmed guest numbers, which will be agreed with you 6 weeks before your wedding date.
All bar bills must be paid in advance or on the day.
All prices include VAT.
Monday to Thursday: Minimum 30 adult guests.
Friday – Sunday: Minimum 50 adult guests.
Please note that the same package availability rules apply on Bank Holiday Sundays as Saturdays, and on Bank Holiday Mondays as Sundays
The Classic Package is only available Sunday – Friday, excluding Bank Holiday Sundays.
The Twilight Package requires a minimum of 50 adult guests and is only available Monday – Thursday, excluding Bank Holiday Mondays.
The Festival Package requires a minimum of 70 adult guests and is available any day of the week.
