The Preparation Room is a bright and beautifully designed space where you and your wedding party can get ready on the morning of your big day.
The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, helping you to enjoy a slow, stress-free morning before the celebrations begin. We will arrange a car to take you to the entrance when it’s time to say “I do”.
The peaceful setting and beautiful elegance of the Main Barn offers the perfect backdrop for the most memorable part of your day. We are licensed with Wokingham Borough Council for both indoor ceremonies in our stunning Main Barn for up to 130 guests, or outdoor ceremonies amongst nature on our south-facing lawn, seating 150 guests.
After the ceremony, it’s time to unwind and let us take care of you from here on! Our team will be on hand to serve a selection of drinks and canapés, ensuring everyone is well looked after while you take photos and spend time greeting your guests.
With plenty of outdoor space to enjoy drinks in the sunshine – or inside against the beautiful backdrop of the Main Barn – the drinks reception is the perfect way to begin your celebrations.
At Stokes Farm Barn, your wedding breakfast is in expert hands. Our in-house chefs craft the most high-quality menus tailored to your preferences, using only the finest quality, (including locally sourced ingredients) to create dishes that are both elegant and full of flavour.
Our friendly and experienced team ensures flawless service throughout, so you and your guests can simply sit back and enjoy every moment. From elegant plated meals to relaxed sharing feasts, every couple has the flexibility to shape their menu their way.
And with your choice of perfectly paired table wine, and all tables, chairs, linen, crockery, glassware, and cutlery included as part of your hire, we provide a complete and stress-free dining experience from start to finish.
The evening party at Stokes Farm Barn is truly unforgettable. Once the wedding breakfast has been served and the speeches are complete, it’s time for the biggest party of your life!
The Main Barn transforms into your evening dancefloor, with plenty of space for a live band or DJ. Overlooking it is the balcony bar, serving a wide range of drinks and offering the perfect spot for your guests to watch your first dance.
And with evening catering served from some of our in-house favourites, or from a selection of our fun partner food vans, your guests will be looked after right through until that last dance at midnight!
At the end of an unforgettable day, take just a few steps to retreat to your own private haven – the Honeymoon Suite.
